What Information does this website collect?

This website only gathers information from its visitors so that we know how much traffic is arriving and where they came from. We do not gather any private information, and we certainly do not pass any information onto to any other parties. We take your privacy seriously.

The sort of things we collect are, your IP address so we know where our traffic coming from and of course if you choose to use our form submission on the site and request that we contact you, then we then gather your email and phone, as you would have left these in the form.

When we collect your contact details on the form on this site, we forward your details to our affiliate company, who are setup to make outbound calls, and discuss your potential claims with you. We only do this to help you work out if you can make a claim or not.

We also use website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, so we can track what words people typed into Google to arrive on our site, and other similar metrics, to help us with our marketing.
